Our Story

The story of the Enviro Group began in 1996 when Marius Taljard took a bold step to start his own venture—laying the foundation for what would eventually become Enviro Chainsaws. His vision, passion, and commitment to quality service set the tone for everything the company stands for today. After an incredible journey of growth and leadership, Marius officially retired in 2024.

Our Journey

  • 1998 – Enviro Chainsaws Centurion opens its doors, setting the standard for service and product excellence.

  • 2001 – Theo Kraamwinkel joins the company. Now serving as Managing Director, Theo has played a key role in the group’s growth and direction.

  • 2003 – Expansion continues with the opening of Enviro Chainsaws Brits.

  • 2005 – The Ellisras branch opens, now operating as Enviro Power Products Lephalale.

  • 2016 – Two more branches launch:

    • Enviro Chainsaws Lowveld Nelspruit

    • Enviro Forestry Lowveld Sabie

  • 2024 – The group expands into the agricultural sector with Enviro Agri Lowveld Malalane.
